The record combines one complete concept-and-documentation interval with two incremental implementation intervals that resumed after earlier summaries. Together they show how prompts narrowed the world model, converted approved art into working animation, and refined the first home-screen slice through repeated visual feedback.

Mapped the reef world
Prompt: Identify the world's main coral-reef locations as the foundation for travel.
Outcome: Seven broad reef regions established the first global content map and the tropical distribution that connects them.
Made travel progressively explorable
Prompt: Turn the map into a globe with major regions, local destinations and several meaningful points within a large reef system.
Outcome: The flow became Globe → reef region → dive location → site or level, with local points differentiated by ecology and gameplay rather than acting as duplicate markers.
Made wildlife destination-specific
Prompt: Vary marine life by destination without losing realism.
Outcome: Wildlife pools were separated into widespread, regional and rare signature encounters, while overlap, habitat, depth, behaviour and seasonality remained available for believable variation.
Connected words to place and encounters
Prompt: Make searched words location-specific and useful to the dive experience.
Outcome: Regional pools gained common, rare, habitat, conservation and secret roles, with word completion able to trigger encounters, grouped events and discoveries.
Added diver vocabulary and safety guardrails
Prompt: Include equipment, skills and related diving terminology alongside marine life.
Outcome: A playtest-ready category mix, difficulty progression and contextual effects were proposed, with accurate real-world safety language kept distinct from fantasy effects.
Captured the gameplay model in the right place
Prompt: Document the design under the project's gameplay material, then correct the destination when the first location proved to be only a local mirror.
Outcome: The gameplay document was relocated into the established editable documentation structure, verified there, and the mistaken mirror copy was removed without disturbing unrelated project work.
Turned an approved chest state into motion
Prompt: Create a lid-opening sequence based on the approved open treasure chest.
Outcome: A six-pose source image became six transparent, aligned frames plus a packaged sprite sheet covering closed through fully open.
Put the chest sequence into gameplay
Prompt: Add the new animation to the app.
Outcome: Frame registration was normalized to prevent jumping; the sequence now runs once when the final chest is revealed, while Reduced Motion skips directly to the open state. Supporting asset and pipeline notes were updated with the implementation.
Chose a deliberately small home-screen slice
Prompt: Clarify what had been decided for the home screen before building it.
Outcome: The first slice was limited to title, settings, diver hero, underwater ambience, Play and a deferred customisation entry, avoiding premature shop or economy behaviour.
Preserved existing gameplay refinements
Prompt: Bring the latest shared work into the active implementation without losing mixed rewards or debug campaign-depth controls.
Outcome: Incoming chest work and existing gameplay changes were reconciled, the intended feature set was preserved, and 49 tests passed before home-screen development continued.
Built the responsive underwater home
Prompt: Implement the initial home screen.
Outcome: The app gained home and gameplay navigation, animated bubbles and fish, a bobbing diver, reef ambience, fresh-campaign Play, placeholder settings and customisation sheets, and a static Reduced Motion presentation. Two navigation tests raised the suite to 51 passing tests.
Replaced placeholders with approved visual material
Prompt: Use the approved diver, fish and reef references in the home experience.
Outcome: The diver and reef were isolated into transparent runtime components. Automated fish isolation was unavailable, so approved pixels were cropped and matted locally. The resulting composition retained all 51 passing tests and a successful production-style build.
Fixed fish readability and screen clearance
Prompt: Restore the fish's white body bands, make its travel match its left-facing artwork, and stop Play overlapping the reef.
Outcome: The alpha mask was rebuilt, movement changed to right-to-left, and the reef was clipped and lowered so the primary action remained clear.
Resolved the final layout and interaction details
Prompt: Correct the reef's proportions, make the secondary overlay translucent, and place Home beside the gameplay debug control before finalizing the work.
Outcome: The reef now keeps its natural aspect ratio, Play remains above it, the secondary action uses a restrained translucent treatment, gameplay navigation is grouped consistently, and a concurrency warning was removed. All 51 tests plus development and production-style builds passed before the shared project state was finalized.

A loose list of reefs became a four-level travel structure whose regional and local points can support distinct ecology, progression and levels.
Location-aware content
Destinations can now vary wildlife, habitats, conditions, rarity and signature encounters without forcing biologically unrealistic exclusivity.
Words with gameplay purpose
Vocabulary now spans marine life, equipment, actions, habitats, conservation and specialist terms, with difficulty and encounter roles rather than a single undifferentiated list.
Durable gameplay documentation
The world, vocabulary and safety decisions were consolidated into the established editable documentation structure for later implementation and review.
Animation-ready chest package
One approved pose became a normalized six-frame sequence and transparent sprite sheet with consistent registration.
Accessible chest behaviour
The chest opens once at the correct gameplay moment, while Reduced Motion uses the final state immediately.

The app now has a purposeful home state, fresh-campaign entry, return-home navigation, animated ambience and static accessibility behavior.

The diver, fish and reef moved from references into transparent interim runtime components while the existing two-dimensional rendering approach was retained.

The final home implementation completed 51 automated tests and both development and production-style builds, leaving a stable base for device playtesting.

The editable documentation target was not initially visible
The first document landed in a local mirror because the synchronized source area was empty and read-only. Supplying the editable project location allowed a clean relocation and removal of the mistaken copy.
Regional content still needs research review
Biology, geography, seasonal encounters and safety terminology were shaped as design examples, not externally validated production data.
Generated chest poses did not share stable framing
The six cells would have produced visible jumping until each frame was recentered around a shared chest base and centre.
The active workspace needed reconnecting to project work
The implementation workspace did not initially contain the required project state and the first retrieval attempt met a restricted network boundary. Authorized access restored the required material.
Existing and incoming gameplay work needed careful reconciliation
Chest animation, mixed rewards and debug campaign controls overlapped across concurrent work. The combined result preserved all intended behavior and returned to a passing test baseline.
A restricted sign-in check produced a false failure
Credential access appeared invalid inside the restricted environment even though the existing login remained usable. Retrying with the correct access context completed the project update.
Automated fish isolation was repeatedly unavailable
Three generation attempts were rejected. The approved fish pixels were cropped and matted locally instead, then repaired again when the first alpha mask removed the white body bands.
Physical-device playtesting has not happened yet
Automated tests and local builds passed, but chest timing, home composition and the complete campaign still need direct review on small and current phones.

Verification is reported only where the source sessions recorded a direct check. Concept work was documented and relocated successfully; the chest package was inspected structurally; and the home-screen baseline passed its full automated suite and both build configurations. No physical-device result is implied.

- All three source histories were read through their final event; earlier summary boundaries were respected, yielding 20 newly covered turns in total.
- The gameplay design document exists in the editable project with 153 newline-terminated lines, and the mistaken mirror copy is absent.
- The chest package contains six distinct 512 × 512 transparent frames plus two distinct source or packaged sheets; the frame catalog metadata parsed and the texture names and one-shot trigger were inspected.
- Reduced Motion was verified in code to bypass chest animation and show the open state immediately.
- The home-screen work repeatedly completed 51 automated tests, with both development and production-style builds succeeding after the final refinements.
- Thirty distinct generated or edited image contents were available and visually reviewed; resized copies and one exact duplicate were omitted.
- The final shared project state was reported clean and synchronized after the home-screen work was finalized.
- One later simulator capture is retained as a visual artifact but excluded from gameplay-layout proof because the preceding navigation action did not complete.

Species may overlap between destinations for realism; regional identity comes from probabilities, habitats, conditions and signature encounters.
Vocabulary percentages are playtest hypotheses rather than fixed production rules, and real safety language must remain accurate.
The chest sequence runs once when the final grid is revealed; Reduced Motion uses the fully open state without animation.
Chest timing remains tunable after device playtesting because the documented pacing and current runtime delays are not yet fully aligned.
The initial home screen intentionally defers shop, inventory, currency and production customisation behavior.
Approved reference art is used as interim transparent runtime material inside the existing two-dimensional rendering system, not as a reason to change engines.
A left-facing fish travels right-to-left, the reef preserves its natural proportions, and the primary action keeps clear space above the scenery.

Current position.
The game now has a documented reef-travel and location-vocabulary model, an aligned and accessible chest-opening sequence in gameplay, and a responsive initial home experience using approved interim art. The home baseline is automated-test and build clean; content validation, timing calibration and physical-device playtesting remain open.
